Alder AI Labs uses trusted third-party providers to deliver its services.

Telephony Infrastructure

Twilio, Inc.

Used to handle inbound phone calls, call routing, keypad input, speech input, and related telephony infrastructure. Twilio inbound call processing is configured to use Twilio's Ireland (IE1) Region where supported, which supports UK/EU-focused data handling.

Backend Hosting Infrastructure

Hetzner Online GmbH

Used to host backend call handling application services. The current server location is Helsinki, Finland, within the EEA.

Website and Frontend Infrastructure

Vercel Inc.

Used to host Alder AI Labs website pages and frontend web applications. Vercel may process website request data, logs, form submissions, and related technical data depending on website configuration.

AI Processing

Anthropic PBC

Used for limited interpretation of user input where AI features are enabled.

Important information

AI processing can be disabled depending on the customer setup.
No customer data is used by Alder AI Labs to train AI models.
Data processing agreements are used with subprocessors where required.
Where data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses may be used.
Call recordings are not stored by default unless separately agreed with the customer.
